Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is under the control of the carrier.
